Whole Reiki is a Southern California-based company dedicated to assisting people and animals in connecting with their own innate healing potential, resulting in physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance.  

Usui Reiki Master Kristina Bengtson brings her passion for spiritual growth to each Reiki session. Her goal is to provide a grounded approach to healing and spirituality. She provides a safe, supportive environment for clients to delve into the deepest parts of themselves, transmuting blocked negative beliefs, emotions, and physical conditions into power and wholeness.  

“All sentient beings have emotions and experiences that may translate into physical conditions if they are not sufficiently processed,” she says. “Reiki assists in this beautifully. It works on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels simultaneously, raising the vibration of and energizing each cell.”
